What to Expect on Your First Visit
|
At Synaptic Chiropractic Center we pride ourselves on efficiency.
We offer many services to maximize our clinical experience while decreasing the amount of time our patients spend waiting for care.
If you have the means to complete the available ON-LINE FORMS, please submit them online.
This will decrease the amount of time required in office for paper work.
The forms may also be printed, completed by hand, and returned to the office on the first visit.
If you do not have access to a computer these forms will be available upon your arrival, to be completed in the office prior to meeting with the doctor.
If you choose to fill out the forms in office please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to do so.
If your insurance benefits are known and you have not yet been told, an assistant will go over them with you.
Upon completion of the necessary paper work you will meet with the doctor of chiropractic and the following sequence of events will occur:
If the diagnosis requires further information, we will schedule the appropriate appointments or consultations with another healthcare provider.
Once the necessary information is attained another appointment will then be made for a return to Synaptic Chiropractic Center for a Report of Findings.
