Synaptic Chiropractic Center honors most insurance policies that offer Chiropractic benefits.
Please call either the Massachusetts or Ohio office directly so that we may verify your benefits.
Personal Injury / Worker's Compensation
Synaptic Chiropractic Center is accustomed to working with personal injury cases as well as worker's compensation coverage.
If you are faced with one of these unfortunate events we are happy to follow through with the necessary legal documentation.
We trust that you will settle any debts with us upon receipt of your settlement including any charges not covered through your personal injury or worker's compensation policy.
Patients which fall under this category will also be required to complete a Letter of Protection prior to beginning care.
Company Policy
Synaptic Chiropractic Center also offers "Corporate Chiropractic Benefits™" to companies wishing to extend chiropractic benefits to their employees.
These benefits are similar to contracts available through health insurance companies and are customized for each companies needs.
